About the Process
Our custom design process is simple and straightforward. During your appointment, you'll describe the custom ring of your dreams and present any sketches or photos to help guide the process (which is highly recommended). Following the meeting, you'll receive an initial quote (non-binding). To proceed with the 3D CAD rendering, a $100 CAD fee is required, which will be credited towards the final product. Within two business days, we'll send you a 360 CAD video and a more accurate quote. You can make any necessary adjustments before giving us the final green light by paying the deposit.
Once approved, it takes 14 days to cast, set, and ship your custom-made ring. If you're unsure about the final look, you can explore our pre-existing designs and make modifications as desired. If you have a specific design in mind from another designer, our specialists can help ensure that the final product stays true to our aesthetic while incorporating your vision.
The cost of a custom engagement ring can vary depending on the center diamond, the type of gold used, and the setting style. We'll provide you with a customized quote once the first CAD design is completed.
