- Temporarily blacklisting IP addresses linked with consecutive failed transactions. This blacklist is maintained for a brief period of hours.
- Temporarily blacklisting credit cards connected to blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist lasts for a short span of days.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of mobile communication services provided by Clairamor ("we", "us", or "our") to users ("you" or "your") who have signed up for virtual video call appointments on our lab-grown diamond website. By using our mobile communication services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Consent to Receive Text Messages: By signing up for virtual video call appointments on our website, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your appointments, lab-grown diamond products, promotions, and other relevant information.
