VVS1 Diamond clarity
VVS1 diamonds, also known as "Very Very Slightly Included" diamonds, are considered to be among the highest-quality diamonds available on the market. These diamonds have very minimal inclusions, or internal flaws, that are difficult to detect even under 10x magnification.
The GIA (Gemological Institute of America) is one of the leading authorities on diamond grading and they use a scale of six different groups to grade diamond clarity, with Flawless being the highest quality and Included being the lowest. VVS1 diamonds fall within the category behind internally flawless, which means that any inclusions present are very difficult to see and do not affect the overall appearance or integrity of the diamond.
One of the main benefits of choosing a VVS1 diamond is that it will have a much higher level of clarity than lower-quality diamonds. This means that the diamond will appear more sparkling and vibrant, and any inclusions will be virtually invisible to the naked eye.
When it comes to purchasing a VVS1 diamond, it's important to keep in mind that these diamonds are in high demand and low supply, and as such, they can be quite expensive. However, the extra cost may be worth it for those who are looking for the highest quality diamond possible.
Another important factor to consider when purchasing a VVS1 diamond is the cut. The cut of a diamond refers to the way in which the diamond has been shaped and polished to enhance its overall appearance. A well-cut diamond will have a higher level of sparkle and brilliance, while a poorly cut diamond may appear dull or lifeless.
When it comes to the color of a VVS1 diamond, it's important to note that these diamonds are graded on a scale from D (colorless) to Z (light yellow or brown). The closer a diamond is to being colorless, the more valuable it will be. So, if you are looking for a high-quality diamond, it's best to choose one that is closer to the D-F range on the color scale.
In conclusion, VVS1 diamonds are considered to be among the highest quality diamonds available on the market. These diamonds have very minimal inclusions and are virtually invisible to the naked eye. They are scarce and in excess demand, making them one of the more expensive diamonds on the market. However, if you value the appearance of your diamond, VVS1 is one of the better stones you can buy. If you choose to go with VVS1, don’t forget to check that the color and cut is still up to par. We are proud to say, at clairamor, we carry top-graded diamonds that are guaranteed to meet your expectations.

Difference between VVS1 and VS1?
Another diamond grade that is often compared to VVS1 is VS1, or "Very Slightly Included" diamonds. These diamonds also have a high level of clarity, but they have slightly more noticeable inclusions than VVS1 diamonds. The inclusions in VS1 diamonds can be seen under 10x magnification and may be visible to the naked eye, although they do not affect the overall appearance of the diamond.
When it comes to the price, VS1 diamonds are generally less expensive than VVS1 diamonds. However, it's important to note that the price difference between the two grades can vary depending on the specific diamond (color, cut, carat) and the market conditions.
In terms of appearance, both VVS1 and VS1 diamonds will have a high level of sparkle and brilliance. However, a VVS1 diamond may appear slightly more vibrant and have fewer visible inclusions than a VS1 diamond.
It's also important to note that while both VVS1 and VS1 diamonds are considered to be high-quality diamonds, VVS1 diamonds are considered to be a step above VS1 in terms of rarity and desirability.
In summary, VVS1 diamonds are considered to be the highest quality diamonds with very minimal inclusions, while VS1 diamonds are also of high quality with slightly more noticeable inclusions. Both have a high level of sparkle and brilliance, but VVS1 diamonds are a whole grade above VS1. VVS1 diamonds are also considered rarer and more desirable and generally more expensive than VS1 diamonds.

Difference between VVS1 and VVS2?
Both VVS1 and VVS2 diamonds are regarded as premium stones with a high degree of clarity. The two grades do differ in several significant ways, though.
The degree of inclusions or internal faults is what distinguishes VVS1 and VVS2 diamonds from one another. Even with a 10x magnification, VVS1 diamonds include imperfections that are very difficult to see. However, they do not change the diamond's overall beauty. In contrast, VVS2 diamonds include imperfections that are slightly more obvious and can be seen with 10x magnification. There is a large price difference seen between these two stones, VVS1 diamonds tend to be about 30% more expensive than the grade below, VVS2. As for the inclusions, VVS1 inclusions are often found off to the side of the stone, while VVS2 are seen closer to the table.
VVS1 diamonds are often more expensive than VVS2 diamonds in terms of cost. Depending on the particular diamond and the state of the market, the price differential can change.
