Our goal is to provide you with a stunning lab-grown engagement ring that exceeds your expectations. Should you decide to return your ring, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. After thirty days, all sales are final. If you purchased a loose diamond, the window for returns is 14 days. Any altered or misused jewelry is not eligible for a refund. If you decide to return your first purchase, the second ring will not be eligible to be returned. After six months, any new purchases on jewelry will are eligible for return. Yes, we offer one complementary ring resizing for our clients located in the USA. This complementary sizing is valid for lab-grown diamond rings within 100 days of delivery.
Rings can only be sized up or down one size. If sizing requested exceeds one size, the center stone may need to be reset.
We ask that you initiate 3rd party insurance coverage before sending the ring for resizing.
We do support International shipping. Local state and federal taxes are the responsibility of the importer. FedEx will contact you via phone or email to pay duties upon arrival at customs. After payment, they will update the ETA and deliver your package. International orders require a signature.
