Can I have my lab diamond crafted in two tone metal?
Yes you can! Please reach out to us with your order number and we'll handle the rest.
Can I order my ring in a quarter size?
Absolutely! We can craft your lab-grown diamond ring in quarter sizes. Please contact a sales representative with your size request.
Can I supply my own stones?
Unfortunately we do not accept clients' stones.
Can I resize my ring?
Yes, we offer one complementary ring resizing for our clients located in the USA. This complementary sizing is valid for lab-grown diamond rings within 100 days of delivery.
Rings can only be sized up or down one size. If sizing requested exceeds one size, the center stone may need to be reset.
We ask that you initiate 3rd party insurance coverage before sending the ring for resizing.
I have resized my ring before, can I do it again?
Wedding and engagement rings can be resized one time after purchase. These rings are able to be sized up or down one size. Please reach out to our support email to begin the ring resizing process. Include your order number, the ring size you need, and current shipping address.
