Diamond Upgrade Policy
To qualify for a diamond upgrade, the newly purchased lab-grown diamond must be of 2x greater value. Only stones purchased directly from Clairamor are qualified. In order to be eligible, the diamond must be in sellable condition and be accompanied by original documentation. The duties and taxes will be charged on the full retail price of the new stone, and are not applicable in the credit of the stone for the upgrade. If the ring you are upgrading cannot set the new stone, we will offer precious metal value as seen fit by Clairamor.
